These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dullaby mobile application (“App”) provided by Frederik Roessell (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Dullaby provides audio stories designed to help users fall asleep. The App offers both free and premium content accessible through auto-renewable subscriptions.

2. Subscriptions

Dullaby offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

• Weekly — $1.99 per week
• Monthly — $3.99 per month

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

3. Free Content

A selection of stories is available at no cost. No subscription is required to access free content.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including stories, audio narrations, images, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Apple’s Standard EULA

This agreement is supplementary to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/), which also applies to your use of the App.
